Alice, who grew up in Brooklyn, has lived in the Capital Region since 1967 and has been in the real estate business since 1973.
Her first job after college was in housing. She worked for the United Housing Foundation which built non-profit middle income co-op housing. The most notable were the Chelsea Houses on the west side of Manhattan, Rochdale Village with over 5,000 units in Queens, and Co-op City with over 15,000 units in the Bronx.
After getting her real estate license, she was mentored by one of the Capital Region’s best known builders in new construction.
She sat on Niskayuna’s Zoning Board of Appeals for 19 years.
She has also worked as an educator and has served many nonprofits.
